Man indicted for allegedly posting gruesome death threats against Kristi Noem, Pam Bondi on social media

A man from Georgia, Elliott Owen Schroer, has been indicted on federal charges for allegedly posting graphic death threats against former Trump administration officials Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi on social media platform X. According to court documents filed in the Northern District of Georgia, Schroer’s posts included detailed threats of physical assault, kidnapping, and murder directed at the former Homeland Security Secretary and former Attorney General. Prosecutors allege that Schroer consciously disregarded the risk that his communications would be perceived as violent threats. The indictment outlines specific threats made by Schroer, including statements such as “I will stab your eyes out with a dull knife” and “I will blow your esophagus out the back of your neck with a 12-gauge slug” aimed at Noem.
